Introduction
Gates of Olympus 1000 came out on 14 December 2023 and is the "1000" version of the original Gates of Olympus: same 6×5 grid and same pays-anywhere wins with 8 or more matching symbols, but with much higher multipliers.
According to Pragmatic's sheet, volatility is high (the original is medium), RTP 96.50% and the ceiling 15,000 times the bet, three times the original's. There are 95% and 94% versions. It plays from €0.20 to €240 a spin.
Key mechanics
Multiplier symbols land on any reel with a random value from 2x to 1,000x. When the tumble ends they add up and apply to the win.
4 or more scatters trigger 15 free spins. There every multiplier adds to a running total applied to each new win, and 3 more scatters give 5 extra spins. The bonus can be bought for 100 times the bet.
Verdict
The version for players who want more risk than the usual Gates of Olympus: higher volatility, multipliers ten times bigger and a ceiling three times higher.
